1 spread 2 masters weirdness when exporting to PDF
Newbie question here. I've got a 16 page brochure and 4 masters A-D. The masters are set up as 2-page spreads.
In 2 spreads, I have one page of a spread with Master A on the left and Master B on the right. Same scenario for 2 other pages in the brochure but using Masters C & D.
The weirdness comes up when I export to PDF. On the 2-page 2-master spreads, the PDF file comes out with one master flowing across BOTH pages, where one page should be Master A and the other should be Master B. I've checked my masters and can't find anything I've done wrong, but I'm new at this, the book gives me no clues.
Anyone have any clue why this is happening and what I need to do fix it ? The PDF export isn't the final production, the brochure will go to print, but for the marketing director to review, its easier to just give him a PDF version.
Thanks !!

Re: 1 spread 2 masters weirdness when exporting to PDF
it is a known issue. To fix, go to your masters and back off any item that's touching the binding spine ... nudge them at least 1 pt. away. Re-export to PDF and it shoud be fixed.
