12 inch screen
I am considering buying either a 12 inch iBook, or more likely the 12
inch PowerBook. I would use this as my main machine, with my G4/466
being used as a file server/backup device.
But I'm worried about the small screen size - does anyone use either of
the 12 inch models as their main machine? Is using such a small screen
tiring, or difficult? Do you have to sit hunched over the computer to
see what you are doing?
TIA,
Bob B.

monitor. The ibook only mirrors video.
Using the 'book's screen gets tiring if you do a lot during the day.

Re: 12 inch screen
12" screen has a resolution of 1024x768. So it is a denser screen. An
real estate is specific to the resolution than the screen size.
But yes, 12" is a delight for mobile use. And more than adequate unless
you are using programs that requires large desktop space.
