Acutally sorry my bad. It still does not return anything when falling
to create / write to the file.

This was tested on php4-STABLE-200304190330

Hi, i noticed that domdoent->dump_file returns nothing when you
dont
have write access with php 4.3.1

According to me,it should return an error like fwrite does.
