3.1 Updater Installation trouble - XP
I have tried several times to download the updater and install it. If I try to
extract the file from the .zip folder I get an error message. If I try to open
the file it does nothing. I tried to use the Add/Remove programs feature in my
control panel - doesn't show up.
Any thoughts would be gretly appreciated.

Download it on a different computer and then stick it on a cd or a flash drive
and transfer it over.
Can only think that the file was either corrupt or that your computer has a
problem with the handling of zip files.
