3.1 won't install properly
After I unzipped the 3.1 updater, an error message comes up telling me I need
to find the path for a folder containing contribute3.msi. "The installation
source for this product is not available. Verify the source exists..."
Contribute 3 is working OK during a recent upgrade from win98 to XP (had to
confirm serial number of my product again) and apart from that , all is OK. I
tend to come from 'if it aint broken don't fix it' but wonder if I do need the
3.1 update installed.
Can anyone offer some help? Thanks, Pat

I had a problem - I dragged the file onto the desktop & ran it from there rather than from CD it worked.

Re: 3.1 won't install properly
I could not locate the .msi file for contribute anywhere in the original file
folder for 3.0. I did not get the CD.
Is this file in the 3.1 package? I did try to run from various locations with
no success. Still need help!!
thanks
