Apache 2.2.3/PHP 5.2.0/JpGrahp 2.1.3 crashes Apache

When using any JpGraph code it crashes both Apache and PHP under
Windows 2000
The system didn't crash before PHP 5.2.0/Apache 2.2.3

Reproduce code:

Download jpgraph v2.1.3 All scripts will crash Apache 2.2.3

Expected result:
----------------
Jpgraph producing graphs

Actual result:

Apache crashes
