    Pretty much every one of these questions can be answered by looking in
    the help file. Check it out. It is there to help you.
    > 1. how can i remove one or more model in a 3D sprite on the stage?
    The command is removeFromWorld()
    > 2. how can i get the model's name when i click on that model?
    The command is member("3dMember").model.name
    > 3. how can i move and rotate a model in a 3D sprite? (i tried to use the "drag
    > model" action from the provided library but the movement is s.
    You can use lingo to control the model's position and rotation by
    adjusting these properties:

    member("3Dmember").model("modelName").transform.po sition
    member("3Dmember").model("modelName").transform.ro tation
    > 4. is it possible to change the colour of a model directly in the director?how?
    Make a color object or use a bitmap cast member and make it into a
    texture, then use that to make a shader. Apply the shader to the model.
    It's all in the help file.
    > 5. how can i add a model to an existing 3D sprite on stage?
    The command is addToWorld()

    1. you should look into the help file after: removefromworld and deletemodel
    2. helpfile -> search: modelunderloc
    3. helpfile -> rotate / rotation

    4. you can change the color of a shader that is applied to a model. you have
    different options, you could use different textures to do that, or you can
    change the the color of a face. help file -> shader / texture

    5. help file -> newmodel / newmodelresource

    in general:
    to build models
    first you need a modelresource, if you have one you can make a model out of it.

    to use textures:
    newtexture - to build a new texture
    newshader- to build a new shader
    than give the shader the texture
    shader.texture=your_texture
    and applie the shader to the model
    your_model.shader=your_shader

    hope that was a little bit helpful, dont be angry because i advise you to look
    into the help file, but there you will find code and explanation. if you have
    more questions just ask.

    regards!

    thank u for your answers. that modelunderloc did help a lot.

    i want to drag a model around a plain surface, like draging a chair on a floor.
    how can i code this? i've tried the help file but, well u may say i'm not a
    sharp guy.

    the newshader and texture thing didn't work out. i can't post the code at this
    moment. i'll do it next time.

    many than'x.
