    Nice and solid.
Perhaps make the whole of a painting clickable? At the moment it seems as
though you need to click on a small area towards the centre of the painting.

    I got an avergae of 34fps on a Geforce3 Ti500 64Mb, P3 800Mhz

    Hello,

    - You let the default yellow hightlight color of the 'Go to URL with Rollover'
    behavior on some painting

    - You forgot to mention the use of the Chrome Lib as it is a commercial
production. This is a requirement in the license agreement. Failing to do so
would lead me to make the Chrome Lib a pay product.

    - Art noeveau -> Art nouveau

Aside from this, nice gallery and walkthrough. I'm working on such a behavior
right now using one model encompassing only bounding boxes for all the objects
    in the world.

Then the ray from the camera is only cast against the bounding boxes, not the
actual models, the usual trick in order to improve performance:

    - Hide all the models in the scene
    - Display the bounding boxes model
    - Cast the ray and check for collisions
    - Hide the bounding boxes model
    - Display all the models in the scene

This will require the creation of bounding boxes in e.g 3DS Max, then the
creation of a group encompassing all bounding boxes before export. The group
will then be turned into a model in the resulting W3D file.

    Karl.

Very nice... looks like art galleries are in season! :)

Here's a demo of our art gallery, as well as a sculpture demo. It uses
a slightly different user interaction style.

We're working on an app to allow people to place their own images within
    the gallery.

BTW your use of light-mapping is excellent ( it's something we're
working on at the mo ).
