I am working on a similar design but in Photoshop. What I like to accomplish is make a structure of a person's name and the photograph of the person appears to be leaning with their elbow on top of their name but I like to have their name to look three dimensional. I currently use Photoshop CS and don't know if I can do that in CS.

You might be better off with AI CS and importing that into Photoshop. But PS CS has I believe a 3D filter of some kind but you have to load the plug in manually from the CD as it does not install automatically.
