3D Virtual Object - Macromedia Director 3D

I am using Softimage to make virtual products that clients can click and drag to have a virtual preview, but I am having a problem. I can get the object to w3d format, import it into director, and show it as an animation, but how do I allow the imported model to be draggable so the client can see it from all angles? I have seen samples with this property but I cant figure it out....

    1. In the standard 3D behavior library (Actions), drag'n'drop the Drag Model
to Rotate behavior onto your W3D 2 Give any name to the group 3. Drag'n'drop
the Mouse Trigger behavior (Triggers) onto your W3D from the library. Select an
action for the group in the dropdown list 4. Launch the movie To add more
interactivity to your 3D scene without coding, you may consider using the
Chrome Lib set of 3D behaviors. Best regards, Karl Sigiscar.

Softimage does some funky things when exporting to shockwave 3D. I'm
not sure if this is universally an issue but on a previous project in
which we used XSI to export, all models were generated with a null
object that acts as the parent for the actual model. If you use 3DPI
and view the model tree you will see that for every MDL labeled object
there is a requisite MSH object. The MDL labeled object is the null
object while the MSH is the actual object. It can be difficult to get
Director to pick an object to move in this scenario. You may want to
write a script that runs through all the objects and sets all the MSH
objects to be children of the MSH object that is associated with the
MDL object that acts as the parent. Once you have unlinked and relinked
all the MSH objects you can choose to delete the MDL objects. I
realize that this may not be your issue but it was definitely an issue
for us when working with Soft. Good Luck, Bryan Yee.

To zoom in and out, you should see a 'zoom' behaviour where the 'rotate' one is. Works the same kind of way.
I agree with Newt99, check out the chromelib, got some nice behaviours in there!
