Default 508 compliant forms compatible with Netscape

After much swearing at my computer screen, I have finally made the form I am
creating for work 508 compliant. Because of rules at work, I can't submit my
code for the form. Anyway, short story long, I created a form, inserted a
table, and used that as the basis for the form, which has radio groups, text
fields, routine stuff to gather data about what the reader thought of a
publication. I used LIFT to make it 508 compliant, but apparently several
versions of Netscape don't like my form. Does anyone out there have any tips,
work arounds, or ideas for getting Netscape to play nicer with my form? Many
    thanks!
