Default 7.0.1 Crashes when arranging/dragging bookmarks... Help!

I'm using Acrobat 7.0.1 Standard with OS 10.4.1. I haven't had any other problems, but as I had previously used and arranged bookmarks in .pdfs daily, this problem is debilitating to my work.

    THE PROBLEM:
Since upgrading to OS 10.4 and then to Acrobat 7.0 Standard (from 6.X Professional), ANY time I go to rearrange a bookmark or nest one within another, Acrobat crashes without hesitation or even a beachball. I can make new bookmarks and use them to navigate, but I really want to fix this problem.

    Thanks,
    Mark

when you installed 10.4, was it a clean install or an upgrade install? Have you run Acrobat's Detect and Repair?

    Thanks for the reply.

I installed using the archive and install option. Just ran the detect and install (after getting your reply) and I'm still having the problem.

Anyone have any ideas? This is getting really frustrating. How do I report this to Adobe and get it fixed without having to pay a service fee?

You can report it to Adobe using their web bug report form. They will
not respond, but might fix it one day.

    Mark,

I have 10.4.1 and Acrobat 7.0.1 and cannot reproduce your problem. That
doesn't mean it is not real, but may mean that there is something
    secondary causing this problem.

What happens if you create a new user and try this on the new user's
    account?

    Thanks for your reply Mike.

I set up another account and the same thing happened. Would reinstalling the software (Acrobat) do any good?
