You will need to hand-draw the trim marks

Trim marks don't necessarily have to be done manually.
If you have a business card box (no fill or stroke, prefarably on a seperate layer) around each card then you could select that and choose Filter > Create > Crop Marks. You'd have to manually remove the crop marks inbetween the rows, but it would beat drawing them all by hand.

The Filter Create>Crop Marks generally creates crops far too large for a
multi-trim situation. It's generally easier to create the box and one set of
(manual) crops and then duplicate the required number of times
