    Default '800a004b' Path/File access error

Our web application runs fine on Windows 2000 but since I tried moving
it to window 2003, I get an error

    dllname error '800a004b' Path/File access error check.asp ln 23.

The line being referred to in the check.asp file is
    set objuser = Server.CreateObject("dllname.UserData")

I have registered the dll using regsvr32.

I would appreciate any help I can get with this.
