hey any wan have any tips on making the layout for my webpage
so i make all the sizes fixed to 800x600 or would it be better to make all
the sizes Relative %
another couple of questions
1.In a DDL is it possible to change the color of the Drop Down arrow
2.Can i apply OnMouseOver ect through My styles.css
3.In terms of security is it safe to store a USerID in sessions state can
this be "Spoofed"
