9.0.2 Help Files not found !!!

I was looking to some help topics for 9.0.2 I get a "Cannot find "file:///c:Program%20Files/Adobe/Illustrator%209.0/help/help.htm" Make sure the path or internet address is correct." I check in my Illustrator 9.0 File and do not see the help folder or the help.htm. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ill 9.0 with 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 updates with the same results...Any Help greatly appreciated...

For some reason Adobe has not been setting up the URL so your browser
can open the files correctly. Open your browser, go to File > Open and
browse to the help files (they are in the Help subfolder of the
Illustrator application folder). Bookmark the first page and access Help
from your bookmarks list from here on out.

I have tried that ... "I check in my Illustrator 9.0 File and do not see the help folder or the help.htm. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ill 9.0 with 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 updates with the same results" ... I would work around that if I could but the help section isn't there...I tried reinstalling from 9.0 to 9.0.1 to 9.0.2 still no luck...hopefully I'll get the CS update

So a custom install and ensure you scroll down to the bottom of the
components selection list and check 'Online Help'
