A dreamweaver extensions ?

This is probably a simple question but I just downloaded kaosweaver extension
and was following the instructions to open from
Command>kaosweaver.com>Advanced Random images(which is the extension I just
down loaded). But the Advanced Random images was grey and unusable. I
restarted as instructed but still can't find a way to open the the application
or get another window on how to begin applying the extension. Help.
