Few things for anyone who may have the answers...

I'm completely new to contribute...I've set up a (now quite large) website for
my litle boys school. A couple of staff at the school need to be able to
add/edit some content so I suggested we got Contribute. They have a copy - I
have a copy. I'm using the latest version of Contribute (with the 3.1 download)
and latest DW MX all on Mac. They have the same software and are on PC's.

1) Since I set up Contribute to access the (existing) site - through
Contribute the school can see the site and add/edit. I've sent them connection
keys with myself as Admin and the 2 staff as publishers - works OK! However,
when I'm in DW and want to upload anything, it tells me that "This site is
being administrated with an earlier version of Contribute. Please contact the
administrator of this website" which of course, is me! Anyone had this?

2) If I set up check in/check out in DW - the site becomes almost completely
inaccessible to me and I have to disable everything just to connect. Which it
does fine - meaning all my ftp addresses etc (used in setting up contribute)
are still valid. What's going on here?

3) If I have downloaded and installed the update, but the school hasn't -
could this be causing the problem - although I know they're not actually
connected when I'm working on it?

It seems the only way I can now do anything creative to the site without
hitting these big obstructions is to do all of it from within Contribute -
which seems ludicrous!

If anyone has had or is having one or all of these things happen to them -
please let me know how you sorted it - it's driving me mental!!

Thanks in advance.
