    Yes, text based newsreaders show the whole link:
    [url]http://www.pbase.com/jodi_001/spedia_layer_styles[/url]

    As they do not perceive this as HTML.

    However, the link is clickable (I use Gravity).

    Hi Bob, Actually it is south of there, that's Camden harbor in the background.
    The last time we were on Cadillac mt., we watched the Cat(the hi speed ferry) come in, but we didn't have any of the kids with us. We love Maine.
    Our family has a house in Georgetown, that our grandfather built in 1903. Its 100 years old in July. No heat, just a summer place.

    Jane I took the CAT twice on the same day. it was windy and choppy and that
    on crossing was my first and last time on the CAT. I would have thrown up
    if I knew which way up was.

    Hi Barb, Thanks for the link! Its similar to WebMonkey, and is a great tut for HTML. I need to learn HTML! Next project for me is to get a web page going.
