I often receive the same error:
" A sharing violation has occurred"
I have a folder on our network mapped in Windows 2000 - this folder is located on our development server (running IIS 4 / NT4 Server).
I have no problems using Dreamweaver MX, I found that as soon as I preview the page I am revising in a browser, it takes up to 10 tries to save the document - after I close the browser window.
Is there a reason for this to occur? Does dreamweaver lock the file when it previews it in a browser or does the browser lock the file; to prevent changes while previewing?
