A4 6 page flyer spread

Indesign CS2
6 pages flyer. Both side have 3 pages each however the third page at the right hand end width is a bit shorter so that it can fold inside between the other two pages. The problem with InDesign is that all three pages will be of equal length rather than 2 pages the same width and one shorter. Or should I create one spread for 3 pages with my own bleeds/crops/registrations? Please advise me.

Personally, I prefer to create something like that as a two sided piece
and pull out some guides to get everything lined up properly.
