Default About the bandwidth restriction of the ResNet

I want to install RedHat from the harddisk. However, as you know, the RedHat
images are very, very big and the Resnet has a 1G-byte-per-day bandwidth
policy. Now I want to know whether the bandwidth includes the on-campus
usage or not. If it does not, I can download the images from the on-campus
ftp site in serveral hours. Otherwise, I have to download them in some days
    to avoid reseiving the ticket.
    Your help will be appreciated.

Use one of the local mirror sites. I'm fond of rpmfind.net and
    ftp.rpfind.net because I'm in Boston.
