Absolute links and session variables
Hey folks,
I've got a pretty simple question, but was wondering if someone could easily
provide the answer. If I use, say a server side include that uses an absolute
link (http://www.domainname.com/whatever/whatever.asp) and the page it resides
on also sets a session variable, if that link is followed, will it lose the
session variable? It's a niggly little question, but I'd like to get an answer.
BTW, I realize that I can use a site-root relative link in the SSI to avoid
the problem, but I was just using it as an example to frame the question.
Thanks!

Re: Absolute links and session variables
I think it should work, but the simplest thing to do is to try it and see!
