Ac 8: Pages go blank on opening.

I would appreciate any help.

A few files periodically go blank when they are opened. The file/window is open and pages show but the pages go blank after flashing the contents very quickly. Any thoughts?

A few files periodically go blank when they are opened. The file/window is open and pages show but the pages go blank after flashing the contents very quickly.

The problem files act consistently this way on most machines. They do not show the problem on one particular machine. Version does not appear to be the issue. . .the particular machine on which it works is running 8.0.0, but we've seen the problem on other machines running 8.0.0, as well as on other machines that are updated to the latest.

Any thoughts?

I don't know if this will help. I created a PDF manual for a client for distribution within the company's software product. The bookmarks displayed and functioned properly, but the 180+ pages of the manual were rendered completely blank. We concluded the problem was introduced by their version control software (Subversion, I believe).
