Default "Access Denied" on file I could open yesterday

Using Contribute 3.11 running Windows 2000 sp4. Monday was able to use
Contribute just fine. Tuesday was experiencing "Access Denied" errors when
trying to publish through Contribute. Actions taken: uninstalled and
reinstalled the software, changed the connections to the server from LAN, to
FTP, to UNC, generated new connection keys to the website. The permissions to
the server are set up correctly, they have full control. As a side note, able
to access the same server and website just fine using Dreamweaver 8.

Seems to be a bug with Captivate. Best solution is to save the file under another name and continue with your work.

Do u mean Contrinute? Captivate is not being used. It is not possible to
rename the file because these files are in production and it would take a lot
of work to go through renaming files for a whole website.
