    Default access denied to file

I am the site administrator and recently upgraded to CS3, (which most of my
site editors were already using), now all the editors receive a message
"access denied to file" and cannot connect to their sites. I have tried
deleting all the previous note, lock files etc, but cannot find the problem.
    anyone having the same issue?

Default Re: access denied to file

Dont know the right answer directly, but are all your users using CS3?
If not, have you tried setting 'Transitional mode' in the admin panel?
Have you checked if the files are in folders with limited access for your
    editors?
