Accessibility! - Macromedia Flash Sitedesign

Howdy! OK ... we built a Flash site, looks pretty good, seems to work just fine... www.stumptownprinters.com ...BUT ... out clients are telling us that they are getting 5-6 e-mails and phone calls a week from people who can't access the site. Why? Is it because it was built in Flash and requires the Flash 6 plug-in? I'm pretty amazed. I thought at least 95% of browsers we compatible with Flash 6. Does anyone know the numbers on this? Or have any ideas about how to make it more accessible?...

    Prisha is right!
What I would do is to create HTML page as your first page. I would place on
this page all my mega tags, name of the page and a small flash animation. Then
I would place the following text: If you can see this animation please proceed
to our web page =?enter button. If you can?t see it you need to install flash
plugins =?with a link to it and detail description of how to do it and that it
    takes only a moment.
