Accessing Clients Application Window using FlashCommunication Server
Dear All,
A big challenge for me. Pls help me
I have to develop an application which is an online help application using
Flash Communication Server. Where in the user can get help online, regarding
the filling up of some forms.
Here i want to know whether it is anyway possible to access the application
window where in I can perform the actions on the remote users application
window, which are to be done by the user.
This is something like accessing the Remote Desktop where in i can control the
desktop of the other person.
Is this anyay possible with any of the macromedia products.
Please help me regarding this. It is very urgent.
Thanking you
regards
Vijay

Re: Accessing Clients Application Window using Flash CommunicationServer
There currently isn't any solution like this, unless you custom program
an app. You can get the screen information through Camtasia Studio
(they would have to have that loaded on their computer), and then tell
flash it's a web cam (I have done this), and show the live screenshot
video. But as for interaction ... that's only in Breeze. And
macromedia isn't going to open this for flashcom (even on the v2.0).
If it's not an immediate need, go to macromedia and tell them you want
the api given to the breeze flash player opened to all flash developers.
