    Default Accessing extended printer features

We are using InDesign 2.0 one Windows XP. We print to a Xerox 7700 PS. I think my question is a Windows one but thought I'd try.

When the user of one of the machines tries to set the printer to print from a specific tray (and extended feature found under Setup in the Print dialog) it will not save this change. I have tried changing this under the Printer Control Panel and setting this as the Default printer but InDesign does not pick up the settings. It works for my but I have Domain Admin privileges. How can I allow this user to set the extended features through InDesign?

Default Re: Accessing extended printer features

Is the print driver on a server or is it locally installed. I don't
think there's anything you can do to save settings on a server without
    complete domain admin priveliges.

I would suggesting loading the driver on the local machine for better
    flexibility of your users.
