Acrobat 6.0: Can I print pages without comments?
Is there a well-hidden setting that would allow me to print pages that do not have any comments applied when printing with comments? (Example: I've got a 20 page file with comments on pages 2, 12, 15 and 19 only. Is there a way to print with comments that would print all 20 pages in the commenting format instead of just those 4 pages?)
I know, I know... The first response will be, "Why would you want to?" Well, I don't. But I'd just like to make sure that my vendors don't panic when they don't receive a complete set of commented proofs.
Besides, I really hate trees and want to kill as many as possible in the course of this project. :)
