Acrobat 6.0 - creating forms with drop down lists
I am going to create a form which will be a survey for customers. I would like to have a number of questions with the answers to be selected in drop down lists. Is this possible to create in Acrobat? IF not, what application do you suggest?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, use a combo box form field.

Yes, it can. But I think you may need to look further ahead. Exactly
how do you plan the customers getting the survey back to you? Most
will, I assume have Reader, so it is very important to realise that
the free software is deliberately limited.
In particular, Reader can
- print forms
- submit form data (to a web site; submit does NOT mean e-mail)
Reader cannot
- save incomplete forms to be finished later
- save complete forms
- submit whole PDF files
- e-mail forms
