Works fine with up OSX.3.9. When you go OSX.4 though it begins to break down. And gets progressively worse as you get further up. Its almost unusable in my experience with OSX.4.8. You really need to get Acrobat 8. Though once again with each Major upgrade they shuffle around Menu Items. Its like going into Grocery Store you get used to where everything is. And as soon as you memorize where everything is "Boom!", they completely change everything, turning everything on its ear.
