Acrobat 6 - Possible to Arrange / Bring to Front?

I do a lot of commenting using Acrobat's line and text box tool.
Sometimes I enter the comment in the text box then draw a line.
I'd like to send the line to BEHIND the text box -- but for some reason
(probably a very obvious one!) I can't figure out how to do it...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

View/Navigation Tags/Content

(in the options category drop down and select HIGHLIGHT CONTENT)

You're now in the content tree

Move any objects up - they are sent to the back
Move any objects down - they are sent to the front ...
