I am having a similar problem.
In the Acrobat Help files it says that if one specfies a magnification setting for a link or bookmark, it is inherited by all subsequent links and bookmarks until changed.
I have tried setting inherit zoom in the first bookmark of a document, and the other do not appear with this in place. I would like to make inherit zoom the default.
What can I do to make this work?
