Acrobat 7.0 touch-up object won't launch Photoshop
Hi,
Having this problem with new iMac 20" with 1.5 GB Ram. Selected external apps in Acrobat Preferences. But when I Control-click on image in PDF file, it saves the file but Photoshop doesn't launch. Identical iMac 20" in next cubicle with Acrobat installed from same CD works fine! Completely reinstalled CS2 Suite but still doesn't work. Help!

Re: Acrobat 7.0 touch-up object won't launch Photoshop
What version of Acrobat (exactly)? What version of Photoshop? Make sure you've applied updates to both.

Re: Acrobat 7.0 touch-up object won't launch Photoshop
Acrobat Pro 7.0.8
Photoshop 9.0.2
OS 10.4.8 (Intel Mac)
I tried it with a couple of different PDFs... one customer supplied and one I created by exporting from InDesign.
In both cases, the file simply saved with the little run bar at the bottom and thats all.
Deleting Acrobat prefs did not solve the problem
I tried it with Photoshop active and not. And I also redirected Acrobat to Photoshop in the Preferences>Touchup pane. No luck.

Re: Acrobat 7.0 touch-up object won't launch Photoshop
In Acrobat choose Help > Detect and Repair. If that doesn't work, use the Uninstaller in the Acrobat folder to uninstall Acrobat. Then reinstall.
