Not sure why Aandi Inston keeps insisting that you can "Save As" to get a postscript option.... there is no such option on CS3.
What you need to do is "Print", then select "Postscript File" as the "printer" selection, then select you printer (DPX4 in my case) and click "Save".. and direct it to your printer/spool folder.
