Acrobat 7 Online Commenting - I can't figure this out... help!! (please)?
We are currently working on a print project that I have been sending to my client for email based commenting and review, but the file is getting quite large (14mb) - I have tried saving it to the lowest setting and also run the "reduce file size - Acrobat 4 compatible", but the file is still too large to attach in an email.
I'd like to try the online commenting feature, but don't understand all the server, webdav jargon in the help search. I'm willing to learn this stuff, but only if it will work for my situation. Does this online thing only work in an internal network? or can I upload the file(s) to our web-server and have someone on the other side of the World access it and comment? It's just not clear to me. Is there a link to an "Idiots type guide to setting up Acrobat for online commenting?" :-)
Help?

Re: Acrobat 7 Online Commenting - I can't figure this out... help!! (please)?
Jon, thanks for sharing the info - it did work for me, but my business partner who has the same set-up OS and software-wise was unable to get it to work. The .mac account is definitely handy and easy to set-up, but I sure do miss the days when it was free.
I don't think this online commenting is going to work on the long run for us because many of the people I work with don't have Acrobat. The Reader 7.0 feature that unlocks editing is perfect - I guess I just need to figure out how to get my file sizes down. I've tried downsampling images to old versions but it's not doing enough.
Oh well, back to drawing the board for me - thanks again for taking the time to post your response.
