Acrobat 7 Professional-Interactive PDF Errors
I created an interactive PDF to send out to customers. They fill out
the forms and are supposed to hit a SUBMIT button that I created on
the form so that it attached to their email and is sent back to two of
my co-workers. The co-worker who is on a PC received the PDF fine,
while the co-worker on the Mac gets a problematic PDF file.
I created the PDF so that when we get it back, we see it in it's
entirety. However, on the Mac, only the forms show up and not the rest
of the PDF.
Also, I opened it up in both Acrobat 6 and 7 on my computer, and I
received errors:
First error: "Fatal parser error: Unknown character in content stream"
Second error: "An unrecognized token '2215196766275f' was found"
Has anyone seen these errors before? I attempted to export the info
into an excel spreadsheet, but it wouldn't work and Acrobat would quit
on me.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
