Acrobat 8 - Files Appear Wrong On Only One Mac

Greetings everyone. First post on Adobe Forums. I have found quite a few answers on here so thanks to everyone who contributes. I have finally reached a point where I am ready to pull my hair out over Adobe products. Here is just one of the many issues I'm having and I'd love some help.

I have the following:

2 x Mac Desktops (One Intel, One Power PC)
Both running 10.5.4, and both have all avaliable updates downloaded for Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite CS3, and both are running Time Machine.

The Intel Mac is functioning perfectly in regards to Adobe Acrobat Professional. It can create PDFs, view them, etc.

The Power PC Mac is another story. PDFs created on this machine will either create as blank, or be missing parts of the file (text, images, etc.). If I view a PDF created on any other machine, the text will look strange, or things will be missing. However, if I take that file and open in on ANY other machine, it looks perfect. Doesn't matter if it is Windows or Mac. Looks exactly correct. I can even open it in Preview on the machine I'm having problems with and it works perfectly.

Has anyone experienced this? I know it isn't a PowerPC issue because I have other Power Macs around and they work fine. It is just on this Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can provide as much detail as possible.
