    Default Acrobat 8 Pro trial

    I am trying to download the 8Pro trial with no luck. It always takes me to a missing page error after I login. If there are any Adobe peeps looking through the forums do you have any suggestions?

    It's Windows-only you know, right?

    No, I sure didn't. The person I had on the phone last week told me there was a Mac version also. Oh well. Even so, Adobe has a problem with the download site. I never even got to a choice about downloading software, just broken links. Thanks anyway.

    If it is Windows only why does it have this in system requirements?
    * PowerPC® G3, G4, G5, or Intel processors
    * Mac OS X v.10.4.3
    * 256MB of RAM (512MB recommended)
    * 1,060MB of available hard-disk space
    * 1,024x768 screen resolution
    * DVD-ROM drive
    It also has the Mac logo and the Universal Binary logo? Can anyone clarify? Thanks

    Those are the system specs to run Acrobat but the trial version is Windows only. Always has been.

    Ok, thanks for the reply. So I guess they are not actually doing a Mac version.

    Most probably, not a Mac trial version.

    They've definitely stated that thay will not be doing a trial version for Mac.

    Also, there won't be an Acrobat Standard Mac version.

    Thanks for all the help. I obviously was overlooking something on the product page (still don't see it, but no worries). Wish the telephone people were as knowledgeable as the lot here. Thanks again.
