Acrobat 8 ToolBar Button
Does anyone know how to add a toolbar button using AVToolButtonNew? It does not seem to work on Acrobat 8. The button is added but the icon is not there. The sample program "Stamper" does not have the icon showing either. I tried to use "SafeGetResource('SICN', iconID) and NSImage, and none of them seem to have the icon on the button. I can access the button I added.
