Default Acrobat and watermarking, well sort of

I'm looking for a solution to a question I've been asked, and it seems possible, but can't seem to find anything searching with Google. But this is what I'm searching for:

A program or plugin or something, that will allow me to add a layer or something into an ad PDF made with quark, that will not show when viewed on a screen, but when someone tries to print the PDF, it will print some large text over the ad or maybe our logo. That way the when I send an ad out to proof, it cannot be resent out to other publications etc. without our permission.

Is there anything like this? I know I can just send 72 dpi proof, but they still can used to an extent with decent results. And the security features built into Acrobat are easily removed.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
