Acrobat catalog issues
Hi!
I'm trying to catalog about 300 PDF files using the catalog option from
Acrobat 7.0. Each file is pretty complex containing a lot of text. The
size of each file is somewhere between 5 and 12 MB.
If I believe what is written in the log file, Acrobat catalogs all the
files. But actually it only catalogs about 46 files. It skips all the
rest.
At first I believed that there are broken PDF files inside the folder
that made Acrobat skip them. But after successfully cataloging different
smaller parts of the folder, I figured that Acrobat has a limit of the
index file that can not be exceeded. Am I right? And how will I be able
to catalog all of my 306 files?
Regards,
Martin
