Acrobat only prints first page of pdf document

I'm not sure if anyone is experiencing this problem. When I open up a multi-page pdf document in any Acrobat product and try to print all the pages I only get the first page of the print job. I have to either open the document in Preview or else print each page individually in Acrobat. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

My apologies. I am running Mac OS 10.4 and the printer setup is as follows: printing to a shared usb HP PSC 1510 printer connected to a Windows machine. I am using the Foomatic/jpijs printer driver to connect.

Printing with a shared Windows printer in inherently fraught with possible problems. Has this ever worked for you? Can you print from other applications with this setup?

I can print the pdf file from Preview with no problem. The problem of only one page printing only seems to occur with Acrobat.

For someone that has a role of helping, you sure have a pissy attitude, if I treated my customers the way you trated this one, i would get in real trouble....
