    Scroll back to the 3rd post written by Graffiti...he offered 3 suggestions.

    I ran Mac's Disk Repair and Acrobat's Detect & Repair and it worked. I don't know which one actually fixed it, but I suspect it was Acrobat's Detect & Repair, because no errors came up with Disk Permissions.
