acrobat upgrade
hello all...i have been downloading job applications. i would like to fill out the forms and save them. as you know the reader will not let you do this. i just bought the standard upgrade and it will not install. error with no prior application to upgrade. do i have to buy the FULL version and if I do, why? the message on the reader says you need to upgrade to standard, i thought i just did. thanks for any help....

Yes, because you don't own (pay for) a previous version of Acrobat.

If you bought from Adobe that might work a swap, provided you bought within 30 days. (Need your paperwork and original box. You do keep this stuff around for atleast a few months don't you? :-) )
