check all the options in your print dialog very carefully. We had no printing on one work station. Turns out it had defaulted to In-RIP separations, rather than composit output. The printer did not know how to handle this odd data, so it ran home to momma.
Maybe you have a similar issue. We changed the default and all is well.

Thank you. I reset the print options to the default and printing is no longer a problem.
