Acrobat Won't work with pages over A2
When printing to Acrobat v5.0 from MapInfo selecting page sizes over A2 results in blank files being created. All smaller sizes seem to work perfectly. Printing to custom page sizes does the same, blank pages. I have now installed v6.0 and it does the same thing.

Try reducing MapInfo's print "quality settings" to whatever the middle one is (I don't feel like opening it to get the exact name)
