ACROBATE 5.0 & OFFICE XP

Acrobat Distiller works fine - I can print to it in Word. However all MS Office apps I can not seem to get the pdfmaker to work. I have deleted the pdfmaker folder and just reinstalled pdfmaker -that didn't work so I unistalled/reinstalled Acrobate 5.0.

I followed Support Knowledge base doc 323749 and opened word and checked toolbar - no Acrobat only PDF Complete is listed which was a preinstalled application when I purchased the computer. When I go to Program Files/Adobe/Acrobate 5.0/PDFMaker folder I do not see any file types except for AdobePDFMakerX which is a TLB file (I don't know what that stands for) and a AdobePDFMakerx.dll.

Plus the support knowledge base is referencing Office 10 and I my Office folder is called Office 11.

I have the same problem, no pdfmaker pull down menu, it is not listed in toolbars, yet Templates & Add-ins tells me pdfmaker.dot is loaded.
What gives????
