ACRORD32 - Invalid Page Fault in module <unknown>
Similar, but not identical to, one of the FAQs, so not sure if solution is the same. Whenever I open a PDF, Acrobat 6.0 opens up, and Zone Alarm asks if I want to let it access the internet. The precise version according to Zone Alarm is Adobe Reader 6.0.0.2003051900. I reply yes (the PDF has, incidentally, been opened, and is perfectly readable), and after a short time, I get the message 'Acrord32 has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down - etc'. The details are:
ACRORD32 caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:25802b12.

As stated before, the documents are prefectly readable, and this appears to be no more than an annoyance. I am assuming that all that is happening is that I am not getting the latest update. Bizarrely, in the same session, I did not get the message, and was told that updates had been found. I accepted these and, as suggested, restarted my computer (Win 98SE). When I tried to read another PDF, Zone Alarm showed that the version of Adobe was exactly the same as before - and I got the same error (as I did on subsequent occasions). Any ideas on how to get rid of this irritant (and, presumably, update to the very latest version)?
Thanks.

Re: ACRORD32 - Invalid Page Fault in module <unknown>
You might try the Acrobat Reader forum for better information on such errors. You might try denying AR access to the net. It sounds as though you may be having an update issue (typical of the request for access).
